An essential component of all services, the A/V Ministry partners with the Praise & Worship Ministry as well as Pastors & Guest Speakers bringing forth the sermon by enhancing the church’s ability to worship through sight and sound, creating an environment that is seamless in presentation and production.

[EXPAND Ushers and Greeters]DCCI’s Ushers and Greeters Ministry are the forefront of the ministry. You are the first person a visitor meets and, more often than not, the experience that most will judge the entire ministry upon. Greeting with a smile, answering questions about the church, seating guests, and distributing information are only some of the tasks involved in being an Usher or Greeter. This ministry is an essential key to the support and operation of every regularly scheduled Sunday and Wednesday service as well as all special events.

DCCI’s Intercessors Ministry are the gatekeepers of the church. Standing in the gap and making up the hedge against the enemy and his intent is the strength in this ministry. DCCI’s Intercessors Ministry have dedicated and committed themselves to intercession, coming together to maintain consistent prayer, intercession, and fasting for DCCI, our pastors, leaders and all its ministries, continually keeping before the presence of the Lord the requests and needs of the church and the body of Christ.

The DCCI Youth Band are musicians and singers who are passionate about God and reaching the community through their gifts of music and worship and determined to create an environment for youth (and adults) to worship the Lord freely and uninhibited among their peers. Children’s Ministry
DCCI offers tremendous programs for all children birth – 5th grades. Our programs are specifically designed to present the Gospel in a way that is engaging and age-appropriate. From our Lord’s Little Lambs (Nursery) to our King’s Kids (Pre-K), services are provided in a warm, nurturing, and secure environment. Destiny Kids (K – 5th grades) start off their service experience with live praise and worship in the Children’s Sanctuary before moving on to their age-appropriate classrooms. They experience fun games and teachings that are specifically designed to encourage children to read their Bible and walk in confidence knowing their purpose in Christ.

DCCI’s Faith Factor Youth Ministry (6th – 12th grades) offers services every week on Wednesdays and hosts a monthly Friday Night Youth Service in the main sanctuary, open to all youth and their families. Our youth experience teachings that meet them where they are, in an environment where they can be themselves, and have tons of fun doing it! It is an opportunity for them to get connected with God, their peers, and their committed Youth Leaders.

[EXPAND Destiny Café]DCCI’s Café kicks off our weekly services, fostering a sense of community in fellowship with one another in a casual and welcoming atmosphere. We’re open for at least an hour before and after Sunday and Wednesday Services, serving coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a variety of pastries. Providing a great product, great customer service, and an inviting atmosphere to fellowship and share in the Gospel is exactly what our ministry aims for. This ministry is an essential source of welcoming our church members and guests.
Destiny Café welcomes those interested in serving as baristas for the ministry, accompanied with the best service-oriented personality: friendly, helpful, consistent, and detailed. Destiny Café baristas greet all customers with friendly and personalized service, developing a rapport with customers consistent with DCCI’s vision.
